The vision encapsulates the strategic perspective and leadership role that designers play in shaping the built environment and delivering successful projects that meet both client expectations and broader societal needs.

Architecture Eden vision

A holistic approach to architecture that not only considers the physical form and function of buildings but also their broader impact on the environment, society, and human well-being, aiming to create harmonious and nurturing environments akin to the concept of Eden as a paradise or ideal state of being.

Architecture Essenza vision

A focus on fundamental principles, authenticity, and enduring qualities in architectural design. It reflects a perspective that values simplicity, functionality, contextuality, and sustainability in creating meaningful and impactful architecture.

It encompasses a comprehensive approach to architectural design that prioritizes the fundamental elements and principles essential to creating meaningful, functional, and sustainable built environments. This vision guides architects in crafting designs that not only fulfil practical needs but also enrich human experiences and contribute positively to the surrounding context.

Delivery Architecture

Delivery architecture focuses on the designing and implementing architecture service brought to your Home. It is a new Italian Architecture Concept that Nicolo brought from his Country to be closer to his clients. Meeting at the office it is obsolete and not productive anymore. Studies confirmed that the best ideas and conversations are created in a friendly and cozy environment like at Home or at a Café. The client is more relaxed and comfortable, he/she doesn’t feel the pressure of the design phase, it is like having a brainstorming session between acquaintances in order to find the best and suitable solution, where the final product will be finalized stage by stage.

Areas of expertise

Trilingual (Italian-native language, English, Spanish) Software used: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop. Sound knowledge of Building Regulations, good interpersonal communications and time management skills, strict sense of responsibilities. Good oral and graphical presentation skills, the ability to be an effective team player. Commitment to the professional ethos, flexible and willing to travel. An ability to withstand a pressured deadline. Ensuring confidentiality at all times, able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to negotiate and resolve issues. Story, Members

Nicolo’s passion for the arts developed at a young age while apprenticing as a designer of houses during his university studies in Florence, Italy. These experiences instilled the importance of collaboration among architects, designers, artisans, and builders – a framework which he has carried into his practice today. After earning his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Florence, he interned with several design firms before obtaining his Master’s Degree from the School of Architecture of Florence (UNIFI) in April 2015. For nearly a decade, he worked as an architect with some of the most prestigious architecture firms in West Palm Beach, Florida, before founding his own practice in 2021. Nicolo’s work focuses on custom residential homes and special resort projects across the United States, which often involve a mix of different periods and contemporary elements, without losing his little Italian Style. His successful projects result from close collaboration among the owner, design team, and building team. He strongly believes in professionalism, ethics and hard work but he thinks that one of the main keys of his success is always relying on the Family. As Nicolo says, “Without the support of my wife and my daughter I would not be the person that I am today”. He also founded, while still living in Italy, a startup called “P.R.O. Vision” (Proficiency, Reliability, Overviewing), based on a new Architectural approach with the clients and a new way to create Design that focuses on a new concept created by Him, called “Delivery Architecture”. Nicolo’s goal is incorporating thoughtful details that can make a positive impact on people’s lives, and finds joy in seeing the happiness on people’s faces when they first see the finished space designed specifically with their sensibilities in mind.
